Our nail salon is a first-class Relaxation and Beauty nail spa that promotes comfort, beauty, well-being, and health to our first-class customers. We are committed to providing you with the latest advances in beauty care. We use ONLY the most trusted brands in the beauty industry.

Policy

At Classy Nails & Spa, we strive to provide each guest a memorable relaxing spa experience while getting their nails done. In order to maintain our highest level of customer service, we shall adhere to the following policies:

Reservations

Classy Nails & Spa encourages all guests to schedule an appointment for all kinds of services. We do welcome walk-in guests, however; it is subject to our availability at the time of walk-in. Appointments can be made online or by phone during working hours. If we miss your calls, please leave us a voicemail or text message with your full name, time & services you want to book, we will return your calls at the earliest convenience. A credit card is required to complete the reservation as too many cancellations at the last minute will hurt our business and employees' salary. Please also inform us of any allergies, product reactions, or any other health concerns while booking an appointment. A confirmation message will be sent out by our automated system once your appointment is successfully booked.

Cancellations

We understand that life gets busy and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. A reminder will be sent by our automated system 48 hours before the appointment. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 100% charge will be applied for guests who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the time of the service.

Gift Cards / Certificates

Gift cards/certificates are available for purchase at our stores or our website. Our gift cards expire in 1 year. We require the unique code on the gift card/certificates in order to be redeemed. We are not responsible for any gift card/certificate that is lost or used without permission.

Service Satisfaction

We always strive to provide the best service for our guests. Your satisfaction is our pride. If we fail to meet your expectations, we would love to hear from you. While we do not refund any services, we will happily try to fix any issues until you are 100% satisfied. 1 days guarantee for regular nail polish, 7 days for gel polish nail enhancement.

Pricing

Price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please make sure you know before service.

Child Safety

For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in the salon. You are liable for any damamge caused by your children in the salon. To respect our clients relaxing, please keep your children from running around, yelling, and crying. NO child under the age of 8 may accompany you while you are having a service.

Pets

Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as "service animals" according to the Washington State Human Rights Commission. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we may suspect to be contagious

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect to be contagious

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

  • Anyone in ill health that we may suspect to be contagious, or we fear may be harmed by our service

  • Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment

  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
